Karen Baldwin’s foundation for her work is supporting people who have the courage, strength and conviction to live joyful and fulfilling lives.
Karen is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Baldwin Group, an organization focused on strengthening the results of leaders and teams. She provides high-impact training, consulting and coaching services to individuals, teams, non-profits and corporations. Prior to starting The Baldwin Group, Karen was Senior Vice President/Retail Over her extensive 25 year career with Commercial Federal/Bank of the West, Karen held a variety of leadership positions. Karen has a passion for helping people develop into resilient leaders through coaching, mentoring, and creating personal transformation. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and received her coaching credentials from the Coaches Training Institution (CTI).
Jodi Beller is passionate about innovatively coaching and mentoring others develop their leadership skills to improve their organization’s culture as well as their own personal leadership transformations.
Jodi brings with her over 29 years of senior level banking experience. She recently retired as the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Bank of the West. Jodi is a maximizer that enjoys taking teams and projects that are performing strong and transcending them to the next level. She is also an arranger; she has the ability to merge multiple elements together to make a comprehensive decision. Jodi is an activator meaning she turns thoughts, ideas and concepts into actions. She has the ability to envision how to make things happen and then carry that vision to fruition.
Moniki Gunn-Cannon is a national speaker, development coach and consultant with Gunn & Cannon Empowerment Group, where she focuses on people and teams increase their performance.
She also serves as the Director of the Step Up Omaha! Program for the Empowerment Network and is a Certified Gallup Strengths Performance Coach. Moniki holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership. Moniki’s personal mission and life’s work is to reach as many people as she can and provide an arsenal of information that allows individuals and teams to explode to the next level.
Nicole is a a dynamic business leader and coach with over 20 years of experience and a record of results based leadership.
The focus of her work is to enable organizations to accelerate change; help leaders develop themselves and their associates; understand, plan and move through change; and to build teams to deliver exceptional results. Nicole founded and serves as a Partner for Bravium HD to help individuals and teams bravely transform into more strategic, innovative and effective leaders. She develops and establishes unique people strategies and programs to enhance revenue and maximize shareholder value – and partners with ICAN in our shared mission of inspiring leaders to see more and think beyond current ways of working and developing leaders to navigate the business environment of today and tomorrow. She currently serves as a facilitator for a number of ICAN’s Custom Programs. Her clients include Fortune 10, 100 & 500 global companies in the areas of: Strategic Planning, Innovative Leadership Development, High Impact Human Resources, Organizational Capability Development Coaching Leaders & Teams and using their expertise to make it happen faster and more effectively. Previously Nicole worked as an executive leader for ConAgra Foods and for Markel specializing in the development of solutions to solve organizational and business needs. Nicole earned her coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and The International Coaching Federation attaining PCC status. She has also earned her senior professional human resources certification through the Society for Human Resources Management. Nicole has completed a host of post–‐graduate executive leadership programs including Stanford University’s Executive Education in Strategy, Planning and Organization and the University of Michigan’s Executive Education in Strategic Human Resources. Nicole is certified in a variety of assessments and tools including: MBTI, HBDI, Emergenetics and DiSC.
Dawn Gelderloos is an accomplished leadership development coach and communications specialist building leaders through ICAN's Defining Leadership, Leadership Coaching and Custom programs. Bringing over 25 years of coaching and training experience with a Masters degree from Yale University, Dawn honors the individual and leads with meaning and purpose.
Dawn received her coaching credentials from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is also certified as a relationship and family coach from The Resource Academy. Dawn is also certified as a Strategic Intervention Coach through the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention.” ] Dawn partners with individuals, executives, entrepreneurs and other professionals to improve the quality of their personal and professional lives. She specializes in leadership and career development, work and life transitions, and identifying life goals and purpose so clients can reach their full potential. Dawn brings over 30 years of experience to the coaching and training fields and shares her expertise with clients through coaching, teaching/facilitating and consulting. She works with individuals, teams and organizations who are committed to improving organizational cultures, work satisfaction and performance. She is passionate about developing high performing teams, utilizing effective and empowered communication and discovering individual and team resourcefulness. In Colorado, Dawn works with law and engineering firms, high tech companies, government municipalities, contracting companies and school districts across the Front Range. In Omaha, she has worked with First National Bank, Pay Pal, Benaissance (now WEX Health) Lamp, Rynearson and Associates and Olsson Associates. Dawn has been a faculty member for the Institute of Career Advancement Needs (ICAN) for over 10 years and was instrumental in the curriculum design for ICAN’s Defining Leadership Program Series. She has facilitated this program in Omaha, Denver and Vancouver, B.C. Dawn received her undergraduate degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA and her Master’s Degree from Yale University.
Terry Lee’s mission is to help facilitate people to the realization of their potential, possibilities and progress in their career and life.
Terry specializes in Learning & Leadership Development and Coaching. He is a Senior Training and Organizational Development Consultant with Securities America. His certifications include the Executive Coaching Certification from Kaplan, Emotional Intelligence/EQi-2.0 and is an Advanced Associate of Emergenetics. He is the Past President of Omaha Organizational Development Network and also serves on the Leadership Team of TEDX Omaha. Terry holds a Masters Degree in Leadership Communication from Bellevue University. He is born and raised in Omaha has been married for to his wife Weslyene for 25 years and has 2 kids, Derek and Jessica.
Martin “Marty” Malley
Martin “Marty” Malley recently retired from Union Pacific Railroad where he was Assistant Vice President, Information Systems.
He was previously a US Navy nuclear-powered submarine officer, having served in a variety of submarine and shore assignments before retiring at the rank of Commander. He was Executive Officer of the Trident submarine USS Nevada (SSBN 733) and Chief of Missile Strike Planning for US Strategic Command. He is trained in Co-Active coaching, having completed CTI Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process and Synergy.His passion is for improving the quality of education and leadership in developing countries. He is currently engaged with the Opportunity Education Foundation on a continuing basis and does freelance IT management consulting focused on international partnerships.
Sue Robach has over 25 years of experience leading, coaching, and training thousands of people in effective communication, productivity, and problem-solving tools.
She has a powerful, hands-on style, committed to energizing and empowering individuals and teams to maximize their personal and leadership growth. Sue specializes in bringing real-world examples to our ICAN client experiences!
With 30 years experience as a Human Resources Development and Organizational Development expert, Laura Roccaforte co-facilitates ICAN's Defining Leadership for Women program and facilitates Emergentics, ICAN VOICE and Custom programs, evolving leaders with the importance of connection.
Understanding people, Laura develops leadership at all levels, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and building learning and development systems. Laura is engaged to support leadership development through the use of planned curriculum that applies adult learning principle and practices. Laura is certified to administer and interpret diagnostic instruments such as Emergenetics, Herman Brain Dominance Profile, EQi2.0 and the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator. She utilizes these tools to better diagnose and remedy the challenges organizations face today.
Since he was a kid, Jeff wanted to start a business. He grew up and spent 17 years at Conagra, leading the Banquet Frozen Meals business. There he discovered a love for designing strategy, driving culture, and innovation.
