Every year we welcome 100+ volunteers to join us at the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference. If you are interested in participating in the conference as a volunteer, please fill out the form accessed below to indicate your availability and role preference.

Volunteer roles are available both the day prior and day of the conference, April 5 and 6. There is a mandatory volunteer orientation session on Monday, April 4 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the CenturyLink Center – please plan to attend if you sign up to volunteer.
The benefits of volunteering include playing a role in making this long-celebrated community event a success and the opportunity to attend part of the conference when you are not volunteering free of charge.
If you volunteer for a morning session, you can enjoy the conference as an attendee in the afternoon. If you volunteer in the afternoon, you can come enjoy the conference for the first half of the day before your shift begins. Your volunteer name tag will grant you access to the appropriate sessions and chairs will be provided at the back of each meeting room for volunteers. You will be required to wear your provided volunteer T-shirt during your shift and can change if you would like to attend the sessions. Lunch will be provided for volunteers in a designated area so you can enjoy lunch before or after your shift.
After registering using the link below, you will receive acknowledgement that we have received your request to volunteer. Email communications will be sent to you with your assigned volunteer shift and role, orientation information, etc. as the conference nears.
