KarenBaldwinKaren Baldwin

Karen Baldwin’s foundation for her work is supporting people who have the courage, strength and conviction to live joyful and fulfilling lives. Karen is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Baldwin Group, an organization focused on strengthening the results of leaders and teams. She provides high-impact training, consulting and coaching services to individuals, teams, non-profits and corporations. Prior to starting The Baldwin Group, Karen was Senior Vice President/Retail Over her extensive 25 year career with Commercial Federal/Bank of the West, Karen held a variety of leadership positions. Karen has a passion for helping people develop into resilient leaders through coaching, mentoring, and creating personal transformation. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and received her coaching credentials from the Coaches Training Institution (CTI).

Nicole Bianchi, PCC,

 The focus of her work is to enable organizations to accelerate change; help leaders develop themselves and their associates; understand, plan and move through change; and to build teams to deliver exceptional results. Nicole founded Resolution Partners in 2010 to develop and establish unique people strategies and programs to enhance revenue and maximize shareholder value – and partners with ICAN in our shared mission of inspiring leaders to see more and think beyond current ways of working and developing leaders to navigate the business environment of today and tomorrow in co-facilitating ICAN’s IMPACT program. Her clients include Fortune 10, 100 & 500 global companies in the areas of: Strategic Planning, Innovative Leadership Development, High Impact Human Resources, Organizational Capability Development Coaching Leaders & Teams and using their expertise to make it happen faster and more effectively. Previously Nicole worked as an executive leader for ConAgra Foods and for Markel specializing in the development of solutions to solve organizational and business needs. Nicole earned her coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and The International Coaching Federation attaining PCC status. She has also earned her senior professional human resources certification through the Society for Human Resources Management. Nicole has completed a host of post–‐graduate executive leadership programs including Stanford University’s Executive Education in Strategy, Planning and Organization and the University of Michigan’s Executive Education in Strategic Human Resources. Nicole is certified in a variety of assessments and tools including: MBTI, HBDI, Emergenetics and DiSC.

Todd DarnoldTodd Darnold, PhD

 Todd received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. Todd’s academic work has been published in outlets such as The Journal of Applied Psychology, Leadership Quarterly, Personnel Review, The Journal of Change Management, The APA Handbook of Psychology, and The Oxford Handbook of Recruitment. Todd’s purpose in life is to help people – particularly managers and future managers – create environments where they can flourish, and in turn, help the people around them flourish. He currently co-facilitates ICAN’s IMPACT program.

The founder and lead strategist at SageRiver Consulting, Susan is known for illuminating possibility and igniting change. Her firm provides strategic consulting and organizational development services to corporate, government and nonprofit clients across a variety of industries. Her core services include strategic planning, organizational design, leadership development, coaching and teambuilding.

Susan mentors emerging leaders as an adjunct faculty member in management, teaching graduate courses on Critical Leadership Skills, Leading Individuals and Teams, Leading Organizational Change, Human Behavior in Organizations and Strategic Management, among others.  Her faculty positions include the business schools of the University of Colorado at Denver, Denver University and the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she was recognized with the Marinus Smith Award for Teaching Excellence.

In addition, she is a sought-after speaker at conferences, offering engaging presentations on Authentic Leadership, Leading Narrative:  The Power of Storytelling, Employee Engagement, Strategic Planning for transformation and more.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management, sociology and accounting from Luther College and a Master’s in Business Administration in management and finance from the University of Colorado at Denver, where she was nominated as the outstanding graduate student of her cohort. Susan is certified in and administers numerous research-based individual and team diagnostics, including Emergenetics, the EQ-i2.0, EQ360, Team Emotional Social Intelligence survey (Tesi 2.0), and the Five Dysfunctions of a Team Assessment.

Jamie Kelly

Her work helps others bring life and energy to their ideas to put them into action. Her field of work is primarily centered in OD, strengthening culture and engagement, individual coaching, group coaching (Circles), leadership development and succession planning. Jamie’s work helps others see the bigger picture, while focusing in on an individual or team’s strongest points, shining a light on those and coaching them through leveraging those strengths and aligning their work for maximum impact. Jamie has her M.S. in Organizational Performance, is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by International Coach Federation, an Advanced Emergenetics Associate, a Gallup Strengths Performance Coach, and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). She continues to build professional experience in coaching, organization development, management, and facilitation – fields she has worked in since 1997.  She currently facilitates our Women’s Leadership Circles and Women’s Leadership Circles: Transition to Retirement & Beyond programs. 

AmyKopleanAmy Dorn Kopelan

as a network television executive, independent producer and an expert in crafting impactful messages. Previously at ABC Television, ABC News and Good Morning America, Kopelan currently serves as an independent consultant and program leader for ICAN’s Creating Leadership Presence. She is recognized for her boundary-breaking producing style, her inventive methodology, and her creative interaction.

DawnGelderloosDawn Gelderloos

and communications specialist building leaders through ICAN’s Defining Leadership, Leadership Coaching and Custom programs. Bringing over 25 years of coaching and training experience with a Masters degree from Yale University, Dawn honors the individual and leads with meaning and purpose.


Martin “Marty” Malley

where he was Assistant Vice President, Information Systems. He was previously a US Navy nuclear-powered submarine officer, having served in a variety of submarine and shore assignments before retiring at the rank of Commander. He was Executive Officer of the Trident submarine USS Nevada (SSBN 733) and Chief of Missile Strike Planning for US Strategic Command. He is trained in Co-Active coaching, having completed CTI Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process and Synergy.His passion is for improving the quality of education and leadership in developing countries. He is currently engaged with the Opportunity Education Foundation on a continuing basis and does freelance IT management consulting focused on international partnerships.

Driven by her passion to contribute to a better world, Mary shares her unique mix of vision, leadership and communications skills in currently co-facilitating ICAN’s EVOLVE program and Leadership Coaching.

LauraRoccaforteLaura Roccaforte

Laura Roccaforte co-facilitates ICAN’s Defining Leadership for Women program and facilitates Emergentics, ICAN VOICE and Custom programs, evolving leaders with the importance of connection. Understanding people, Laura develops leadership at all levels, performance management, talent management, employee engagement and building learning and development systems.
