Women’s Leadership Conference

ICAN’s annual Women’s Leadership Conference – held for 25 years in Omaha, Nebraska – is known to be powerful, insightful and authentic, representative of the leadership trends and transformations present in today’s workplace. Over 2,800 women and men from all over the United States, and increasingly the world, meet in Omaha, Nebraska each year for education, inspiration, and networking. Our conference is the premiere opportunity for a day of powerful leadership development and  inspiration in the region and beyond. Omaha is home to multiple Fortune 500 companies and corporate headquarters, such as TD Ameritrade, Berkshire Hathaway, Mutual of Omaha, Union Pacific Railroad and more. Our audience and sponsorship represent these varied corporate cultures.

Each year we offer a balanced speaker roster, keeping in mind our authentic leadership philosophy and current business leadership trends. In addition to our main stage keynotes, we offer keynote sessions with speakers on a variety of subjects relating to both professional and personal development. The conference experience  also includes interactive opportunities, an invitation-only Executive Women’s Summit, a mobile app, exhibit viewing, bookstore, the opportunity to build meaningful connections, and more. Bringing together the experience and knowledge of thought leaders from around the world, our conference provides the tools and education to evolve leaders and help them thrive within their organizations and in all aspects of life.
