ICAN Speaker Series: Stretch into your Future with Tara Jaye Frank

Omaha, Neb., May 5, 2016 – The Institute for Career Advancement Needs (ICAN) will host a four-part Leadership Exchange Speaker Series as a new expansion to their leadership event offerings and an opportunity to build a community of inspired leaders – creating a valuable network based on a common interest of accelerating leadership capability, life goals, business success and powerful conversations.

 

The topic of the first event is Stretch into Your Future with Tara Jaye Frank from 3 – 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 25 at the Embassy Suites, 12520 Westport Parkway, La Vista. Frank will provide a fresh perspective for anyone looking to up their professional game, with a discussion on how people get promoted by demonstrating their potential to do more. This usually happens when they go above and beyond, in the form of a special project, leadership of a resource group, participation on an internal team, or just additional responsibilities.

 

A sought-after thought leader and writer on cultural intelligence, speaker Tara Jaye Frank is VP of Multicultural Strategy at Hallmark, and author of “Say Yes: a woman’s guide to advancing her professional purpose,” a practical guide to crafting a career leaders can believe in and achieve. Also, as Founder and CEO of TJF Career Modeling LLC, Frank helps leaders, groups and companies define their vision and develop strategies to advance their culture and leadership goals.
